
By planning the entire week in advance using Sunday Planning as a weekly reset, you will not waste time deciding what to do and when to do it. Sunday planning ensures you have your entire week planned out and on Monday you can be productive!
Meal Planning
Start Sunday Planning by planning all of the week’s dinners and groceries. By starting with meal planning, you ease yourself into “planning mode” slowly on a Sunday morning over coffee and relaxation.

Once you have created the menu for the week, it is time to write your grocery list. A GREAT HACK for sharing grocery lists in a convenient and sharable place, is having a shared note on your iCloud. Then, everyone in the house can access the grocery list on their phones, tablets, and computers. You can even include a photo of the meal plan on the grocery list. When you’re at the store, you can check off what has been purchased and the list will always be up to date.
Workout Planning
By planning workouts in advance, you won’t leave your fitness goals up to chance and fleeting motivation. Take some time in your Sunday planning to plan out your workouts and ensure they are in your calendar.
Using the Peloton App allows you to schedule your workouts for the week and even get reminders on your phone when you scheduled a class.
Work Schedule
Now that you are in full Sunday planning mode, you can jump into planning your work schedule and daily to-do list items. Using a project management tool like Asana, allows you to manage all of the tasks and sub-tasks of your projects.
Once you have figured out all of the to-do list items you have to complete for each project, determine what your “daily deliverables” are for each day. This allows each day to have a focus and a clear idea of what the top-priority items are.
Make sure you group like tasks together. It is much easier to complete similar tasks at once so you don’t have to context switch many times throughout the day.
Everything Else
After you have completed meal planning, workout planning and work planning, make sure to add any other pending items to your project management tool and calendar.
