
With these pantry organization hacks you will go from having an unorganized, cluttered pantry to an aesthetic, organized haven.
Remove Everything
First things first, take everything out of the pantry! You will be SHOCKED by some of the things you find. Toys? Halloween candy from 3 years ago, etc!
Toss Old and Nearly Empty Items
You are not going to eat one bite of old chips or popcorn kernels that expired a year ago… get rid of it because you will want use everything in your new pantry!
Group Like Items
Gather like items into groups. Make a section of pastas, rices, canned goods, crackers, cereal, etc.
Map Out Your New System
Use post it notes to decide how you will organize your new pantry. Use your logical brain here… snacks should all be together, dinner items together, heavy items down low, etc.
Make a List of What You Need
Write down a shopping life of the types of storage containers you will need to purchase. Large categories such as small bins, large baskets, clear bins, etc.
Shop Bargains
By shopping at stores like HomeGoods, T.J. Maxx, Ross, Dollar Tree, and Target you will save money purchasing a large number of storage baskets and bins.
Shop Pantry Products
Although other stores can save you money, shopping on Amazon allows you to curate your pantry essentials with ease. You can purchase in bulk and use the ever-important 2-day shipping!
DIY Your Own Labels
Arguably classy bin labels are the pièce de résistance of a good pantry makeover. They can also break the bank! By making your own label inserts from Canva and buying inexpensive label holders on amazon (linked below), you will save an arm and a leg!

Execute Your Plan
Go to town with your new storage bins! Feel free to try different options of containers, placement, etc. Iteration is the key to success here!
