From their small storage to their clothing storage options there are many choices when it comes to organizing your existing closets at Ikea. Of course, Ikea also has closet organization systems that they sell to build out your closets, but this post is specifically addressing their small storage options for a linen closet organization project.

Shopping Tips When Going To Ikea
- Park closest to the exit and if possible have your trunk facing the door. This will make getting your purchases to your car a lot easier and you won’t have to pull around.
- Make a list of the products you are looking for in advance. You can even find out what sections they are in online on the Ikea website before leaving your house. This comes in particularly handy when you are shopping for small storage items that could be in the office or kitchen or closet sections of the store.
- Bring your Ikea family card or download the app onto your phone to ensure you get the best price at check out (its free).
- Check to see if the items you are shopping for are in stock at your store from the Ikea website. The Ikea website will tell you if they store has a lot, a few or none in stock. Knowing this advance will save you many headaches!
- Before checking out make sure to shop the “as is” section. This area of the store sells damaged items, floor items and even perfectly intact returned items at a discounted price. You can save a lot of money or find cool things in this area.
- Bring water and snacks… no one likes a hangry shopper!
- Have fun!
