Choose
First you need to decide what space you are decluttering. If you don’t have a defined space, they project will never be completed. You will roam from one zone in one room to another zone in another room.
Define
Take some time and write down the use or uses for the space you are decluttering. This allows you to know where you are headed for form and function. If you define the space as a home office and you find old party supplies, it is obvious they don’t belong in this space!

Document
It sounds cheesy, but take “before” photos so you have something to compare to your after! Once you inspire yourself with a stunning before and after, you will be so much more excited to declutter your next space!
Unapologetically Remove
If it’s a “meh,” or a “maybe,” say GOODBYE! Holding onto old “meh” items is not good juju for your life!
Watch Your Mindset
Speaking of juju… if you are holding onto items from a scarcity mindset beware! You could be subconsciously manifesting scarcity into your life.
Holding onto clothes that don’t fit? Your subconscious mind can do wonders with that information…
Make a Map
Use post-its or a notepad and map out how you want to layout everything you are keeping in your new space. Group like items together and make your new space flow!
Organize
Put your map to action and organize everything the way you want it!
